Rev. Allen Sudmann
Rev. Allen Sudmann, originally of the Fort Wayne, Indiana area, has been Senior Pastor of the Davison congregation since 1990.
For him, his calling to be a pastor began even as a young child as he shared his faith with friends and enjoyed learning the Bible and working at the church as a greeter and the "yard boy" mowing the lawn.
Pastor Allen is married and has two grown children and 1 adorable granddaughter. He enjoys all types of fishing. In the past 10 years, he has grown to appreciate fly fishing and even ties his own flies. Besides Christian music, Pastor Allen enjoys the many styles of Jazz. Two of his favorite snack foods are double stuffed Oreos or Honey Roasted Peanuts (just not at the same time).
One of the many things Pastor Allen likes about the Davison congregation is the balance of cultures and age groups. He has responded, "This church is not a majority of one age, tax bracket, denomination, or religious heritage."
